Scope and acceptance

By using the site or tool, you confirm that you have lawful authority and will review its output before relying on it. Information is operational and technical, not regulatory approval or legal or financial advice. Commercial contracting or a hosted product requires appropriate professional review.

Service and payment boundary

Rabet does not receive funds, collect card entry, process or authorize a transaction, or settle it. The financial contract, card entry and processing, authorization, settlement, refunds, disputes, and provider availability are between the user or merchant and the chosen payment provider and other third parties.

User and merchant duties

• Hold lawful authority and use accurate account and order configuration.
• Protect and rotate tokens and credentials and never put them in a browser or public source.
• Review generated files, use Git and backups, and test in sandbox before production.
• Validate identity, authority, amount, currency, and order state on the server and obtain production-provider approval.
• Meet requirements applicable to the business, including consumer, privacy, e-commerce, tax, refund, accessibility, and security duties.

Behavior is also subject to the Acceptable use policy.

Third parties

The journey may depend on UPayments, npm, GitHub, and Hostinger for hosting, DNS, email, and other linked services. Each has its own terms, privacy practices, and availability. A reference is not an endorsement or an uptime or continuity promise; the user must assess that relationship.

Licence and trademarks

These terms do not amend Apache-2.0. Rights in received code remain governed by that licence. Rabet and AlMorshed Net names and marks are not granted beyond customary source description permitted by the licence; no right to impersonate or market as the operator is granted.

Warranty

The site is provided as available, and Apache-licensed code is provided on the licence's AS IS basis. There is no promise of uninterrupted service, fitness for a purpose, regulatory approval, or error-free generated code. Independent testing and review are required.

Liability

Any liability limits or exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable Kuwaiti law. These terms do not exclude non-excludable liability, fraud, wilful misconduct, or other mandatory rights. Each party remains responsible for the legal, contractual, and security duties of its role.

Law and language

Kuwaiti law applies to the extent applicable. If the versions conflict, the Arabic version governs.

Changes and access restriction

A changed policy will carry a new effective date. The operator may restrict access to the hosted site or support for abuse, but that does not revoke Apache-2.0 rights in code already received.
