Privacy policy
The website does not request card data, PAN, CVV, or a production token. It is a static site with no user account, analytics, advertising pixel, or direct payment request. The /start form runs locally and does not submit its fields to a server.
Current site data
Contact is a mailto: link only, and the site has no application database. Hostinger hosting and security infrastructure may create normal technical logs such as IP address, time, requested URL, user agent, response status, and security events; processing depends on provider configuration and operational and legal necessity.
Voluntary email
If you email, your mail provider and the operator's provider process the address, message, and attachments. Do not send tokens, card data, customer data, or unnecessary personal data. Correspondence is used to reply, troubleshoot, and address security as applicable.
Browser storage
localStorage keeps your language preference and the product-journey lab state you select. It does not store /start fields or payment secrets. Cache Storage keeps public site files for offline use. These are not cookies. Clear site data in browser settings to reset the state and offline copy.
Developer-tool boundary
Rabet servers do not receive the merchant token; the merchant environment sends it directly to the provider. The core has no Rabet database and does not persist or log optional customer fields. A merchant may transmit such fields directly to its provider, where merchant and provider responsibilities and policies apply.
Purposes and retention
Technical data or correspondence may be used for security, delivery, troubleshooting, and voluntary replies as applicable, without asserting one exclusive legal basis. The static site defines no application-database period because it has no such database. Hosting, security, and email records are retained according to provider configuration and legal, security, and operational necessity. The operator will review and delete voluntary correspondence when no longer reasonably required, subject to legal or security needs.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, source, package, and email providers may process technical data in other jurisdictions under their contracts and configuration. This policy does not claim an unverified processing location.
Rights and requests
For access, correction, deletion, objection, complaint, or privacy questions, email Info@almorshednet.com with “Privacy” in the subject. Rights depend on applicable law, and identity verification may be required before a response.
The site is developer and business documentation and is not designed to collect children's data. If the versions conflict, the Arabic version governs.
